Nell Wengert
Nell as is heart-led, community-minded Inner West local, as well as Mum to joyous 4-year-old-boy Vinny. "Teaching and sharing my love of Yoga is a blessing, one that began after a truly inspiring 1000km trek I undertook in Spain (Camino de santiago) . I am a fulltime practitioner and teacher of yoga, specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mums and Bubs, Bikram Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Inferno Pilates and Yogatales...There is always a reason, more often than not a physical reason, why people take up yoga- wheter it be back pain, insomnia, inflexibility or headaches- but that 'reason' transforms and sees you never wanting to stop practising."

Marc Tong
"Always a student of Yoga first, I constantly get excited by rediscovering poses from teachers and students collectively. A simple tweak that results in a new experience of the pose is a never ending joy for me. At the moment, arm balances and inversions hold a special place in my practice, as do fried chicken and desserts! I do enjoy a sense of lightness and humour in classes, and aim to allow students to feel like they got a lot done, without doing a lot."
Christina Ahamnos
Christina is a student, practitioner, and teacher of Yoga. After developing a personal practice over 10 years, Christina decided she wanted to share her love of yoga and embarked on her first teacher training in Sydney. Studying under the Jivamukti lineage, she completed her 200HR TT. She then returned to London to work as a yogi at TriYoga- one of the largest yoga schools in the world.
