Soul Progressive Flow
This class is a guided journey that gradually builds in intensity and depth. Beginning with grounding breath and foundational movements, the flow unfolds step by step – weaving strength, mobility, and mindful alignment into a seamless practice.

Soul Chill Flow
Nurturing postures are slow paced. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners. All levels welcome. Non – Heated

Inferno Pilates and Mat Pilates
Our Hot Pilates class is High Intensity (low impact) Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates elements, set to fun music that combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room.
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

Soul Meditation
In this 30min meditation we will work through breath work and guided meditation to experience a sense of deep rest, calmness and peace.

Soul Expressive Art
These 1-hour session is designed to bring creativity into everyone’s schedule, allowing participants to tap into their creative energy, inner wisdom, and personal growth through expressive arts.

Soul Yoga Therapy
It’s a slower‑paced class, and each week can have a different therapeutic focus – such as neck and shoulders, back care, hips, or overall mobility. While it’s similar in feel to the Foundation class, Yoga Therapy breaks movements down more intentionally, with attention to transitions, functional patterns, and simple movements rather than focusing on a vinyasa flow. This makes it especially supportive for beginners, older students, or anyone wanting a gentler, more mindful approach.

Kids Yoga
Our kids yoga classes are designed to be fun, energetic and engaging, and they incorporate a range of activities such as yoga, fundamental movement skills, games, gymnastics and meditation.

Soul Sound Relaxation
This practice is designed to cultivate energy and heal the body rather than take away from your energy systems.

Soul Power Flow & Yoga Nidra
This session is made to both challenge and restore – beginning with a 55-minute Power Flow that awakens energy through breath-linked movement, followed by a 20-minute guided Yoga Nidra, inviting the body and mind into a state of NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest).

Soul Breathwork
In this 45-minute meditation session, we’ll delve into the realms of pranayama (breathwork). Prana = life force and ayama = extension – the extension of life force energy within our bodies. This practice will vary each week and is open to all. Pranayama is an advanced stage of yoga and can be taught in layers to slowly build your ability to control and manipulate your breath. Bhakti Flow
Bhakti Flow is a heart-led yoga practice that weaves movement, breath, mantra, and music into a soulful vinyasa journey. This class is less about perfect shapes and more about feeling, intention, and connection—to yourself, to the collective energy of the room, and to something greater than the mind.

Sarah Moore
Sarah has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and practicing for over 20 years. She is an accredited senior teacher with Yoga Australia, who facilitates and mentors teachers wanting to learn the skills in pre and postnatal teaching. Sarah's passion is creating a presence that helps students build their physical, mindful, and spiritual awareness through creative alignment and energetic cues.

Marc Tong
"Always a student of Yoga first, I constantly get excited by rediscovering poses from teachers and students collectively. A simple tweak that results in a new experience of the pose is a never ending joy for me. At the moment, arm balances and inversions hold a special place in my practice, as do fried chicken and desserts! Carol Man
Carol is a Yoga and Qigong Teacher, and an Energy Healer. With over a decade of experience in the healing modalities of Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and Myofascial Release. As well as in recent years, where she dived into the world of energy healing of Qigong and Medical Intuition. Her passion is to help people align their energy with nature's energy through intuitively guiding and empowering each individual to connect with their body’s deeper messages and its innate wisdom to self-heal and return to wholeness.
