🌿 What to Expect: Yin Yoga combines traditional Indian yoga postures with the acupuncture channels used in Chinese medicine. By pairing these postures to open the body’s energy channels and using acupuncture to stimulate key points, you’ll experience a deeper release in both body and mind. This powerful combination is what we call Yin & Pin.
During your session with Village Remedies, you’ll start with a calming Yin Yoga practice to help open your body’s channels. Then, during a blissful 40-minute Shavasana with guided meditation 🧘♂️, you’ll receive acupuncture on specific points to enhance relaxation and support your body’s natural healing processes.
