I’m excited to introduce you to the magical world of Gong Baths!
Gong Baths take you on a journey, guided by scientifically proven techniques to alter the nervous system and induce transformative, deeply meditative and stress-relieving experiences. Gong baths are popular across the globe, and we are now lucky enough to experience them in Sydney!
Why Gong Baths? 🌙 Deep Relaxation: Immerse yourself in the resonant sounds of gongs, meticulously designed to provide deep relaxation and alleviate stress. 🧘 Meditative Bliss: Experience an atmosphere where gong vibrations seamlessly enhance meditation, leading to profound experiences – even if you are an overthinker. 🌌 Energetic Renewal: Explore scientifically-backed relaxation benefits, as well as a profound sense of connection to a higher consciousness, which is a truly magical aspect that sets Gong Baths apart.

This is your exclusive invitation to Sydney’s very first Soul Float Bath ✨
Join Nell and Alex this King’s Birthday long weekend for a truly unique experience — a floating sound bath on our rooftop, surrounded by sky, water, and the sounds of crystal bowls.
Rest back on your lilo in our heated rooftop pool, soften into stillness, and allow yourself to be carried by the water while being immersed in soothing sound and frequency.
With the harbour as your backdrop and the sky above, this will be a deeply calming, centering and dreamy experience — an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply receive.

This winter, slow down and reconnect with the foundation of your body — your spine.
In this nourishing and educational workshop, we’ll blend elements of Japanese-inspired yoga, partner work, and traditional meridian theory to support spinal health, mobility, and deep release.
You’ll be guided through:
Expect a grounded, hands-on experience that leaves you feeling supported, open, and deeply restored. Perfect for: Anyone feeling tight, tired, or wanting to care for their body more intentionally this winter. No partner needed.

✨ Yin & Pin & Yoga Nidra ✨
Looking to unwind and relax deeply? We’ve got just the thing for you! 🧘♀️
Our signature workshop, a blend of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture, offers the ultimate experience of ease and rejuvenation.
🌿 What to Expect:
Yin Yoga combines traditional Indian yoga postures with the acupuncture channels used in Chinese medicine. By pairing these postures to open the body’s energy channels and using acupuncture to stimulate key points, you’ll experience a deeper release in both body and mind.
This powerful combination is what we call Yin & Pin.
During your session with Village Remedies, you’ll start with a calming Yin Yoga practice to help open your body’s channels. Then, during a blissful 40-minute Shavasana with guided meditation 🧘♂️, you’ll receive acupuncture on specific points to enhance relaxation and support your body’s natural healing processes.
✨ Acupuncture will target areas to:
Calm the mind and nervous system 🧠
Improve digestion 🌱
Open the airways and support breathing 🌬️
Relax the chest and promote deeper breaths ❤️
To top it off, we’ll sprinkle in a surprise touch—whether it’s soothing aroma sprays, cork massage rolling, or a touch of sound healing 🎶.
Ready to leave your mind behind and sink into your body for some well-deserved rest? We’ve got you covered. 🌸

A practical workshop that teaches students how to use their breath to regulate their nervous system, improve energy, and feel better, using both modern science and traditional yoga methods.
We are thrilled to invite you to a captivating 4-hour breathwork workshop with guest teacher Mark Breadner.
With over 45 years of experience, Mark’s depth of knowledge and embodiment of all things yoga and well-being are a testament to his dedication to and belief in the path of yoga.

Tea is all about reciprocity; we give back to Self when we Commune with Tea.
READY, SET, SLOW at Soul Agenda BUILDING COMMUNITEA at Soul Agenda
“Tea tempers the spirit, harmonizes the mind, dispels lassitude and relieves fatigue, awakens the thought and prevents drowsiness.” — Lu Yu, The Classic Art of Tea
“If you ask Zen people they will say tea is not something that you pour with unawareness and drink like any other drink. It is not a drink, it is meditation; it is prayer. So they listen to the kettle creating a melody, and in that listening they become more silent, more alert.” — OSHO
To Sit in Ceremony is to Sit in Silence, to practice mindfulness and to learn how to be better at both receiving and, somehow, emptying. We MUST first empty to receive. Like a physical Yoga Practice, Tea is considered “the great connector,” and when we Sit Together, we commune. We commune with Self and Other. Letting go of tension, we begin to also dissolve barriers and when this is allowed to happen, we inevitably make space for clarity.

Welcome to our Bhakti Flow masterclass happening on every 2nd Saturday of each month. Each month you can expect a new theme to be posted here.
July – saraswati (creativity & flow)
Bhakti Flow is a heart-led yoga practice that weaves movement, breath, mantra, and music into a soulful vinyasa journey.
✨ Open to all levels | Options and invitations always offered | Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected
Expect a fluid, creative sequence guided by breath, accompanied by uplifting music and simple mantras (call-and-response or silently held). The practice builds warmth and rhythm, then softens into grounding postures and rest, allowing space to feel, release, and listen inward. This class is less about perfect shapes and more about feeling, intention, and connection—to yourself, to the collective energy of the room, and to something greater than the mind.
Let your practice become prayer. Let movement become devotion.
Pay as you would a normal class or with your current membership.

Perfect for: 🪑 Desk dwellers ✈️ Frequent flyers 🤸♀️ Active bodies 🍼 New parents 💆♀️ Anyone craving more space, mobility, and relaxation
