SOUND BATH, The medicine of your well-being by Tida

This **signature workshop** offers **75 minutes** of pure, deep relaxation through sound and vibration. 🌊✨

Immerse yourself in a journey that shifts your brainwave state from Beta to **Theta**, a deeply relaxed state that promotes mental clarity and physical balance. 🧘‍♀️💆‍♂️ The Theta state allows the body to reset, and the mind to feel calm and uncluttered.

During the session, Tida will surround you with the soothing sounds of **Tibetan singing bowls**, **Crystal singing bowls**, **chimes**, and more. You’ll feel the vibrations ripple through your body, helping you unwind and release tension. 🌈🎶

This practice is an opportunity to pause, rest, and listen to the healing sounds. You’ll leave feeling amazing and floating on a wave of well-being. ☁️💫

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel out of alignment with your true purpose. 🌱 We often get caught up in the little details of life, leading to moments of discomfort that make us question our direction. But what if these moments are opportunities to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters? 🌻

This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your core, build resilience, and discover the strength to start each day with renewed intention. Through transformative group exercises and personal insights, you’ll gain clarity, embody your purpose, and leave equipped with tools to fully engage with life’s possibilities. 🌸

**Workshop Components**:

i) **🌿 Introduction & Grounding**: Connect with your body and breath, fostering a sense of safety and trust.

**Facilitator Bio**:

Briony is a seasoned Somatic Psychotherapist with over two decades of experience in mind-body integration. ✨ Starting her journey in 1993 as a yoga practitioner, Briony expanded her knowledge through studies at the Bihar School of Yoga in India, specializing in yoga physiology and psychology. Since 2005, she has been serving clients through private and group sessions, using Core Energetics, Kinesiology, Trauma Healing, and Constellations, among other modalities.

Her compassionate approach allows participants to access deeper layers of insight and transformation. 💫 Briony’s workshops provide a safe, supportive space where participants can reconnect with their inner purpose and leave with a renewed sense of direction. 🌿

Please join Divyatma, Jiva and friends for the practice of kirtan at Balmain’s beautiful Soul Agenda. Kirtan is the simple, yet deeply moving yogic practice of call and response singing (the chanting of Divine Names), set to live music. If you are interested in devotional practices which open the heart, engage the soul, and encourage ecstatic spiritual remembering, then kirtan is probably for you.

Our kirtan is starting with a chai and is followed by a simple vegan meal to ground ourselves.
