— **About Natalie**: Natalie began her yoga journey in 2013 and recently completed her yoga teacher training. Her love for inversions and handstands grew from her own practice, and over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of body awareness and the muscle engagement needed to balance upside down. 💪

Please join Divyatma, Jiva and friends for the practice of kirtan at Balmain’s beautiful Soul Agenda. Kirtan is the simple, yet deeply moving yogic practice of call and response singing (the chanting of Divine Names), set to live music. If you are interested in devotional practices which open the heart, engage the soul, and encourage ecstatic spiritual remembering, then kirtan is probably for you.

Our kirtan is starting with a chai and is followed by a simple vegan meal to ground ourselves.
