This is one of our signature workshops and because we like to give you some extra bliss, the workshop is 15min longer now.


75-minute of blissful deep rest with sound and vibration. The journey of the sound wave shifts the Beta brainwave state and dives into the state of Theta brainwave. The state which occurs when the body feels fully relaxed. The Theta brainwave state benefits the body by functioning properly and making the mind be clear, calm and uncluttered.

In the session, Tida will bathe you with the sounds and vibrations from various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and many more. You may feel the vibrations move throughout your body.

This practice allows you to pause, rest and listen to each sound. Come to experience and ride the wave of sound into the deeper layer of your well-being.

Please join Divyatma, Jiva and friends for the practice of kirtan at Balmain’s beautiful Soul Agenda. Kirtan is the simple, yet deeply moving yogic practice of call and response singing (the chanting of Divine Names), set to live music. If you are interested in devotional practices which open the heart, engage the soul, and encourage ecstatic spiritual remembering, then kirtan is probably for you.

Our kirtan is starting with a chai and is followed by a simple vegan meal to ground ourselves.

This two-day TYM workshop is designed to teach you the techniques of delivering a balanced and effective Thai Yoga Massage. You will learn the fundamentals of TYM and how to work with the whole body.

In this workshop, you will learn a sequence of TYM using yoga postures, passive stretching, acupressure, energy work, massage, and meditation. These techniques will help your clients reduce tension, enhance flexibility, experience deep relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing. πŸ™Œ

You will learn how to maintain proper body alignment and apply energy balance through Thai Sen lines. You will also be introduced to contraindications and safety, manual therapy, and how to work with the soft tissues of the human body. 🀲

The workshop will also cover how to care for the client and therapist before, during, and after the massage, massage for shoulders, head, back, arms, hands, legs, abdomen, and feet, and how to incorporate 50+ postures/techniques into your practice. πŸ’†β€β™‚οΈ


Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient technique used to unblock energy stagnation and awaken our inner healer. This is achieved through pressure on energy lines and movements of the body and joints based on Yoga Asanas.

It is a transformative practice that welcomes everyone, regardless of their background. The practice is not just about exercises; it’s about giving from the heart with compassion. ❀️


The workshop will focus on the basic fundamentals that relate to posture, body mechanics, and benefits. These sessions will cover techniques and positions that work with the general body.

The therapy does not require any oil or cream, and the therapist and recipient will be wearing comfortable clothes. No experience with massage or yoga is necessary, and you do not need to bring a partner. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ
