Is this Journey for You?

This training is for you if you:

Want to deepen your personal yoga practice.

Feel called to become a yoga teacher.

Already teach movement and want to expand your knowledge.

Want to understand yoga beyond the physical postures.

Value connection, community and personal growth.

Want to learn in a boutique environment where you’ll be known, supported and mentored.

🌟🌟🌟

You don’t need to be able to touch your toes.

You don’t need years of experience.

You don’t need to know everything before you begin.

At Soul Agenda we believe yoga is for everybody and every body. You are never too old to begin.

Never too injured to reconnect.

Never too inflexible to start.

And never too young to practise.

Whether your intention is to teach professionally or simply deepen your own understanding of yoga, this journey is for you.

Marc Tong

Body, Alignment & Teaching Basics, Assists & Intelligent Sequencing, Teaching Methodology & Teaching Integration.

Always a student of Yoga first, I constantly get excited by rediscovering poses from teachers and students collectively. A simple tweak that results in a new experience of the pose is a never ending joy for me. At the moment, arm balances and inversions hold a special place in my practice, as do fried chicken and desserts! I do enjoy a sense of lightness and humour in classes, and aim to allow students to feel like they got a lot done, without doing a lot.”
